Do you have a backup you can restore to? That is what I did because I didn’t have the ssh addon start automatically so I couldn’t use that. If you don’t have backups have you used or enabled the SSH addon and does it start automatically?
If you cannot get to HA through ssh then what kind of device is HA installed on a VM or is it a physical pi or hardware? If a pi you could connect the pi to a monitor and keyboard and then get to the CLI and modify the configuration file that way and comment out the recorder lines.
Let me know the answers to some of those questions and then based off that you should be able to research on other home assistant forums to get to the config.yaml file to modify it and comment out the recorder lines which resolved it for me.
