Hi guys,
Is came across a problem with hassbian. when I tried to update home assistant with the given commands, home assistant doesn’t want to load anymore. In chrome all I get is a: host refused connection. The raspberry pi is active because I can access it through putty and samba. Anyone who knows how to fix this issue?

What steps did you take to do the Update?
Was HASS functional prior to Update?
I followed exactly that page. Everything was working before updating
Also with a clean config file HASS doesn’t start.
How are you starting with a clean config?
What’s displayed in the log?
If you can access the .homeassistant directory, copy out your .yaml files, then delete them from the .homeassistant directory, restart HASS and see if you can connect.
