I have upgraded from core 2025.5.2 to 2025.6.1 however 5 of my integrations no longer work. They are Govee LAN Control, Lightwave v2, Merros Cloud iot, Nuki Lock and Switchbot Bluetooth see attached. I don’t normally have this many failures for my integrations, is there a fix for this?

There are a bunch of posts re Govee - try searching “2025.6 Govee”. Not sure about the rest though.
Looks like this update broke HACS integrations for a whole lot of people. They don’t seem to be able to load/communicate. Having the same issues.
EDIT: If you look at your screenshot, these are all custom integrations you’ve listed, presumably installled with HACS.
Another issue from the same upgrade:
My HA runs on Celeron, connected to the network over Wifi, has Zerotier among the add-ons.
After the upgrade the ping to LAN IP of HA stopped to respond. Also mDNS stopped to work. Obviously, it was not possible to connect to it from browser.
However, zerotier IP was working.
I accessed to the WebUI over zerotier, reverted the core version to 2025.5.2 and all works now again.
Just kills my lightwave integration, Meross and Switchbot are OK
Last time I was able to restore, tried it again today and had to do a power reset then a restore as the restore wouldn’t proceed, popup said
‘BackupManager.do_restore_partial’ blocked from execution, no
supervisor internet connection
Have you checked that it has a connection to the internet?
I have a YELLOW, Network was fine, system working no problems, updated to 2025.6.1 and on restart lightwaverf integration failed to config, removed it, restarted reinstalled and it wouldn’t accept the login details, everything else working fine. As I said the first time I tried the update I was able to restore from both my local and network backups, this time I was unable to restore from either local or network but could after a power reset. I suspect the first time there was a supervisor network connection issue but not the same class of failure as the second because there was no message ! Rolled back and everything is fine again
2025.6.2 and 2025.6.3 do exactly the same !
2025.6.1 stopped my Lightwave integration from working. I’ve rolled back my HA to 2025.3 which works.
I used the “ha core update --version 2025.3” command to roll back the version.

and in 2025.7 my lightwaverf integration is still buggered

I now have this working using a different Lighwave HACS integration. I was previously using the Lightwave v2 (Smart Series) custom integration that looks like it hasn’t be developed for a while. I have now switched to GitHub - LightwaveSmartHome/homeassistant-lightwave-smart: Lightwave custom component for Home Assistant. Requires a Link Plus hub (Smart Series / generation 2), but will control both generation 1 ("Connect Series") and generation 2 ("Smart Series") devices. and installed 3.5.32-beta which seems to now work with HA 2025.7.1.

Nice one, worked for me 
For the Lightwave Integration this worked for me
When asked for which version to download I chose the latest beta which I think was 3.5.36. Everything was named as my email address but renaming and allocating areas worked
