Upgrade fails on boot

I’ve been running HA on my Pi3B for over a year and love it. But it failed and I smelled a burning electronics smell so I upgraded to a Pi3B+ (I know, not much of an upgrade). I moved the SD card from the old to the new and it would not boot. Blink codes 4-long, 7-short made me think that the card was not bootable. I reimaged it.

Now the Pi boots but throws errors. I hope someone can help me identify what the problem might be.

I tried power cycling but that didn’t help.

You can’t do this unless they’re the exact same hardware. You need to restore from a backup of the old system.

That could be… Anything. Including a failure that damaged your SD card.
