In the dialogue that is displayed to say that there is an update available, there is also a check box to ask “Create backup before updating”. It would be useful if the date and time of last backup were also included.
You should be automating backups daily that get copied off your system. There are many options that make it easy: https://www.home-assistant.io/common-tasks/os#copying-your-backups-to-another-location
That is exactly what I do. But before I upgrade I always check the last auto backup happened. So would be nice if that date and time were in the dialogue.
