Hi everyone,
I’m new to the smart home world and planning my first setup. I’ll be running Home Assistant on my Synology NAS, using a Zigbee stick (ZHA-1) to manage devices. My first use case is smart thermostats for better heating control.
So far, I’ve been looking at the Sonoff TRVZB. From what I’ve read:
• These valves seem to work in a binary manner (either fully open or fully closed), without incremental control. Is that correct?
• I also understand they can be a bit loud, which might be an issue in quieter rooms.
I’m wondering what would be a good next upgrade in the European market that’s compatible with my planned setup. Ideally, I’d like quieter operation and better control options.
Any recommendations or insights would be super helpful!
Thanks in advance!
