This has been resolved.
- Modifying “.wink.conf” file by renaming with an extensions to “.wink.conf.ORG”
- Reloaded HA
- Delete new generated “.wink.conf” file
- Renamed “.wink.conf.ORG” back to original name “.wink.conf”
- Reloaded HA
So far so good, no error.
Again, this occurred after the upgrade to 0.67.0.
I upgraded from 0.65.* to 0.67.1 and I am getting a similar error that has stopped my Wink from connecting.
I think the error messages suggest that the Wink client authorization isn’t working or registering.
I double checked my client authorization and token are still valid. And I tried deleting and renaming this .wink.conf file a couple times.
Any thoughts?
Turns out the Wink web link in the error message does authorize HA when it finally worked for me.
The first couple of times I clicked the link it prompted another error.
Most recently I had simply deleted the .wink.conf file in the configuration folder and restarted HA.
It’s worth noting for others reading that “.wink.conf” is a hidden file in the configuration folder.
