Upgrade to Core 24.0.0 causes Automations failing to set up

After the upgrade to core 24.7.0 I get 5 reparations because “Automations could not be set up”.

Sample error message:

"The automation “Zwembadautomatisering Uit” (automation.zwembadautomatisering_aan_uit) is not active because its actions could not be set up.

Error:Unknown device '96411809ed19e22cacab6a02de47c367'.

To fix this error, edit the automation to correct it, then save and reload the automation configuration.
