Upgrading config directory from 0.35.2 to 0.34.2

So after recently upgrading to 0.35.2 when i switch to the homeassistant user from the pi user to run check_config script i get this message:

[homeassistant.config] Upgrading config directory from 0.35.2 to 0.34.2

then when i restart the service via systemctl restart i notice that the system is attempting to install components again such as netdisco and sqlalchemy

Any ideas to why its doing this?

Thats typical on the first restart after an upgrade.

Yeah but this isn’t the first restart. I’ve restarted numerous times and it doesn’t do this. It only does this after I run a check_config and then restart.
