Upgrading Hassbian , Now HA will not open

Guys
I am supper sad today after a month of work getting my HA working, now will not open. Yes stupid of me I did not make a full backup of my HD.

Last night I decided to update Hassbian to the Latest version. I followed the guide " Upgrading Hassbian " Upgrading Hassbian step by step .

Now when I try connect to my pi the normal way I usually do , it says access denied , however I can still connect via Putty as normal.

Totally have no idea what to do from here.

service home-assistant@homeassistant status

is a good start.

Clear your browser cache is also a good start. ctrl-f5 is what usually gets me going again if this is a problem.
