Uploaded mp3 files to Nabu Casa show "'utf-8' codec can't decode byte..."

Hi there,
The full error is here:
“‘utf-8’ codec can’t decode byte 0xff in position 45: invalid start byte”
I am uploading an mp3 file for Alexa using Nabu Casa and I get this error from the File Editor, and cannot use the file. I saw one post comment about needing to upload an SSL certificate? I’m not sure what to do. I’m fairly new at this sorry.

The file editor is just to manage files and edit text files. mp3-files are binary. They can’t be read with the text editor.
