Let’s say I’m in the market to replace my water heater, and are looking for a smart one… Is there any recommendations for a local-controlled heat pump water heater?
Or, would I be better off with dumb (read: regular) ones that still do heat pump, with some sort single pole on/off wall switch (that could still handle the Amp)?
(Part of the reason I am asking is also because there aren’t many dumb options in Lowes or Home Depot… why is that?)
