Hi I’m looking for ZigBee switchs options for us market. If no neutral required better. I found this Moe’s smart touch switches.
Hace anyone used them before? How well do they perform with zigbee2mqtt.

I’ve used Aqara Zigbee smart switches. Both no-neutral and with-neutral. Both kinds work fine for me. No-neutral version is more expensive. Available on Amazon.
Don’t worry about “Aqara hub required”; Home Assistant with Zigbee controller recognizes them just fine. Pretty certain Zigbee2MQTTT does as well.
I’ve used them too but they are much more expensive and the ones in currently using are the H1 that are designed for EU market so they are kinda small.
