Usage of Helper Schedule - allow offset

As the newly introduced helper Schedule does only allow full or half hour schduling
the usage as trigger is limited to those times. Offering an offset at automations would help to reflect timing not fitting into the full- or half-hour schedule.

You don’t trigger on schedule times though. Only the schedule on/off state.

Far better to allow scheduling in finer resolution.
