I’ve been spending the past several days scratching my head while I try to figure out my instance of Home Assistant. I recently purchased a GoControl Z-Wave/Zigbee USB hub and have been trying to configure the Z-Wave JS addon. However, I have been bashing my head in trying to find the USB device path Home Assistant is looking for. Every possible device path I try to give it is not accepted by Home Assistant and keeps giving me a “Failed to setup Z-Wave JS” message. I’m currently running my instance of HAOS on a VirtualBox VM via my home server, which I hope isn’t crippling my capabilities. Does anyone know what I can do to remedy my issue?
did you enable USB passthrough?
