My post is similar to this one Burglar Alarm acceptable to UK insurance Companies and HA compatible and similar ones.
However, I’m looking to operate the alarm from HA. Instead, I mainly want to be able to use the alarm sensors within HA: I.e., if the alarm provider installs presence sensors, I’d like those outputs to be available in HA. In other words, I am ok with HA to not input into the alarm system, but I just want to get a feed from the alarm system, so I can use it for other automations and don’t have to double up on sensors.
Do you know of any integrations like this? I.e., home alarms that integrate well with HA, if only unidirectional?
