Use Input helps in the automation triggers UI dropdown fields

The automation trigger UI should be able to accept input (number or time) helpers in the dropdowns fields for things like:

  • the above and below values in numeric_state triggers
  • and the for time length in state triggers

It would make moving from YAML files into the UI easier for users who have a more complex setup where things like motion detect timeout values are set with a helper and can vary.
