Use mic input as media source

Hi, I’m pretty new to Home Assistant so if this is not the right place to ask please bear with me.

Starting with my HA setup:
On a PC I have installed HA OS on Ubuntu, that PC has an audio jack input for a microphone
I use the media player to play music from either the internet radio or my plex server to a Harman Kardon speaker via Google Cast
I also have a second PC in the same room I use for work and personal use and an old laptop I use to control Home Assistant

What I would like to do is if I play a youtube video (per example, could be anything for that matter) from my personal use PC I want to hear it on my Harman Kardon speaker and stop/replace the current audio playing on the speaker. I now have the speaker jack from my personal use PC connected to the microphone jack input of my Home Assistant OS PC but I cannot seem to find out how to cast that input to my speaker.

Anyone has a solution to what I want to accomplish?
