Easy way to create automations using the LogBook page or similar page.
When a certain thing happens ex.(garage door opens at 11:15pm) select the action you want to happen. ex.(select the Family Room lights ON).
When this happens do this…
Another example would be:
Select: the “sun has set” icon, then select the action you would like to happen when that occurs,
Select: the “Outside lights ON” icon.
