Uses MDI helper CSS classes in HomeAssistant?

is there any way to use the MDI helper classes listed here:

https://cdn.materialdesignicons.com/2.6.95/ (scroll down to the bottom of the page)

I’d specifically need the mdi-flip-h and -v, though the mid-spin would be cool too;-)

cheers,
Marius

Did you figure out if there is a way to do this?

unfortunately not. Would still like the possibility though…

Yes, it would be nice if they would ad that feature.

Ill give this one more (last) shot, by asking @thomasloven directly if you see a way to use these (pardon the tag please)
It would be really very nice to be able to flip , rotate, spin ect these mdi icon with a simple trick like this…

No. There’s no easy way to add a class to an icon, and I assume the helpers also require support from a javascript module that Home Assistant isn’t importing.

thanks for chiming in!

ah too bad really. would have been so nice…

So I guess it wouldn’t be useful to check at MDI’s for the javascript module you’re mentioning? They’re the ones pointing me to look for the solution on HA’s side implementing this possibility…Seems not an extravagant thing to do for that matter

how cool this will be!
