is there any possibility to use a Google Home device, eg https://store.google.com/product/google_home_mini with home assistant?
Couldn´t find anything except for setting up a Pi with mic and speaker as a Google Assistant device…

directly, NO, hass.io has a way with a subscription and a few hops to get it working. I did a free setup with many more hops.

@flamingm0e is right, you absolutely can use Google Home with HA, I have it set up in my house to voice control all of my automated lights and it works very well.
