Yes.
If you take out a Nabu Casa subscription (first month free) all your HA devices can be exposed securely to Alexa, even if they are not “works with Alexa” themselves. The other way round is a bit more problematic as Amazon keep very tight control over the inner workings, so a “works with Alexa” device that does not have a HA integration may not be accessible by HA.
