Using Home Assistant with a screen reader

Hello,

I am new to Home Assistant and I am a blind user using Orca screen reader on Linux.
I installed Home Assistant OS on a Qemu virtual machine yesterday.

I succeeded in adding some integration with the automatic discovery.

I know there are some other blind users on this forum so how do you use Home Assistant with screen reader?
Are there some general navigation tips? How do you add new devices and configure it?

An user on the Orca mailing list discussion suggested me to look at the command line interface, do you use this approach?

I talk about Orca but experience could be common for NVDA on Windows for example so I am interested about all blind users experiences with Home Assistant.

In fact all related screen reader users experience are welcome in this topic
I know there is an accessibility tag in Home Assistant’s Github issues so it is really a good point.
