To control several MiBoxer Led controllers I already have with both the existing MiBoxer remote as well as Home Assistant I bought a MiBoxer ZB-BOX1 Zigbee 3.0 gateway. I was in the understanding I could use this gateway using limitlessled, however, I can’t get it to work. I believe it could get to work in HA using the tuya integration, but I like to avoid anything with Tuya.
Is there a way to use the ZB-BOX1 in HA? Was someone already able the get it to work?

I am planning to use E2-ZR controllers but they’ll be in a ceiling. As I am starting with home assistant (didnt even install it yet, just reading and waiting for server), I wonder if I can connect the zigbee controllers via zigbee gate ZB-BOX3 and then have it used in HA?
I did not. In the end I went with a Sonoff zigbee dongle. Later I added a second one. The first I use with ZHA (zigbee integration from Home Assistant) and the second one is in use for Zigbee2MQTT. Some Zigbee devices are working better or only on Z2M.
My advise would be to skip the MiBoxer.
