Using my google home to respond on a sentence in my HA

Hi All, I used HA for a while but now I am setting up more automations and beter integration.
I have in my living room a Google Nest hub (2e gen.) and I want that it will respond in sentences that I configure in my HA.

For example: Every 2 weeks the trash is going to be picked up. When the bin has been set at the corner of the street, i only want to say ‘trash is out’ to my Google, and that will trigger an automation in my home assistant that will stop announcing.

I am wondering how to set this up.
hope someone can point me in the right direction

By the way; i am using Home Assistant Cloud so I have some kind of integration with Google Assistant.

In Google home app you can create automations that is triggered by custom sentences.
As the action you make it turn on a boolean in HA, this is the trigger in HA for your automation (or condition in your announce?)
