Using Sonoff POW for power usage ONLY

I’m planning on building a server rack like this: https://tombuildsstuff.blogspot.com/2014/02/diy-server-rack-plans.html

It would be fun to know how much power the whole shebang uses, and for that I was thinking of using my Sonoff POW that only lays in the bottom of a drawer… BUT: I would never want it to turn the relay off. I have a few Sonoffs around the house, currently running Tasmota, but I believe the behaviour was the same with Espurna. They cycle the relay when reconnecting to Wifi. That would be a bad nono in this case.

If anyone has any suggestions for solving this with the POW, or can recommend another tool for it, please let me know…

The POW2 does not do this.
