(At least I would) Needed Net consumption during the custom period, option. Example in Finland currently we have 1hour net monitoring (and in the future it will go to 15minutes).
So meaning that all electricity will be calculated hourly based. Meaning that if we have wind or solar systems in our houses we need to calculate Net consumption from all phases (both directions) from hour.
Currently Utility Meter Net consumption doesn’t work if we have sensor what is already doing hourly Net calculations from export and import. If that value are imported to hourly reseting Utility Meter Net consumption soon values will drop to negative (during the reset it doesn’t do calibration to zero). Also those values (from utility meter or from sensor) can’t be used in longer period Utility Meters accurate (if Net consumption that will follow the original source, if that is used without Net consumption again we will have higher numbers because values will not drop if middle of the hour actual sensor values are dropping)…
Currently I don’t have any solution for this because Utility Meter’s are not updated at the same time as the source sensor… Any of my Plan B options are failing because Utility Meter doesn’t update the calculations when sensors are updated (those are updating only ones every minute).
