Utility meter reset yearly at specified date

I am looking for a way to specify when the yearly utility meter cycle should reset. The docs list the option for days, which works for monthly resets at a specific day.
I want the yearly part to reset at march 23rd for example.

I tried adding a months attribute to the offset but it’s not recognized. Is it even possible to set a moment when it should reset?

Since 2021.9 you can use a cron expression, therefore supporting this option
