V0.31.1 Update Problems?

Since the last update HASS gets stuck when restarting on “homeassistant.components.device_tracker.bluetooth_tracker:Scanning XX:XX:XX:XX:XX”

Any ideas ?

I recommend putting HASS in debug (https://home-assistant.io/components/logger/) and see what’s going on after “homeassistant.components.device_tracker.bluetooth_tracker:Scanning”
