Hi Again… how do i create a script to change the fan speed and clean multiple zone?

I tried call service vacuum.xiaomi_clean_zone but seems like it is not accepting

After some days reading tons of posts of this awesome community, I decided to sign in, as I am doing now my home assistant integration (first steps).

Question:
Do you think that we can expect live map, path and autocalibration for non-rooted devices?
I imagine that live map and autocalibration will be tricky. But do you think that path tracking will be released?

I am using this through hacs btw.

Hi, I am still struggling how to get live-map, I have my vacuum clearner rooted. But how to get live map from vacuum and how to show it. Thanks in advance.

@JANogueira these features will be available only for rooted devices, as I haven’t found a way to extract this data without root.

Thanks, :). Another question is that how to upgrade xiaomi-vacuum-interactiv-map?
I copied the lastest *.js files to my ha folder. But it still looks the same with my old one.
I cannot find these samll icons when i dawn the zone, Does that mean old *.js file still in used?

Yes, it is cached by the browser. You have to empty the cache.
I suggest moving to HACS, it prevents such situations.

Thanks @3_14, It works after cleaning all the browser cache. That is a milestone of my journey of discovery :smiley: Really appreciate your help.
Have you tried live-map before? I have my vacuum cleaner rooted. But there is no navmap*.ppm was generated in /run/shm/ or dev/shm/ while vacuum is moving. That is weird.

ppm was extracted from robot.db. :slight_smile:
