Vehicle status on Tesla Fleet

Good day everyone.

I’ve been using the Teslafi integration and it has worked pretty well. Over the weekend I got the Tesla Fleet integration setup, and apart from the known issues (cannot send commands to the vehicle), it’s going well. It seems to be missing one key metric/sensor though - vehicle state (i.e. Parked, Sleeping, Driving, etc). Am I missing something, or is this not available through the Fleet API?

Yea! That’s the one I’ve been using before. This is the one I’m asking for help with now:

To be clear:

  • Teslafi shows vehicle status (which means it must be available over Tesla’s API)
  • Tesla Fleet integration doesn’t show it (or I can’t find it)
