Veho Kasa Bluetooth light bulb integration request

Hi,
Have setup and started using Home Assist over the past few weeks. I was hoping that it was going to allow me to control my Bluetooth light bulb.
I have a few Veho Light bulbs that use a super old app to control them direct over bluetooth. Problem I am having is the android and iPhone version on the app is stuck on very old OS requirements.

Would be amazing if I could not have to keep a real old phone knocking around to be able to control these.

It is not clear what you are asking?
You want HA app old versions?
Not sure where Home Assistant is involved.

I read it that he wants a HA integration so he doesn’t have to use the app.
