Good evening technicians,
Hopefully this is in the right section of the community.
I have had a Nefit Ventiline VA/W 1.4C ventilation heat pump for 6 years, which includes a mechanical ventilation motor that is controlled by the Nefit electronics. A Nefit RF transmitter switch and an RF receiver are used for control, which is connected to the Nefit electronics with a cable.
I have been working with Home Assistant for 2 years now and would now like to control the mechanical ventilation via Home Assistant via an ESP32 print.
Now my question is, can I use the ESP32 to control this mechanical ventilation and if so what is the best solution? Do I have to solder 4 outputs to the 4 buttons of the transmitter switch or can I connect the ESP32 directly to the electronics in the Ventiline so that I can run the motor at different positions via the 4 outputs?
In the appendices there are a number of photos with more information about the components.
Iām curious if any of you are familiar with this or have already discovered this or whether it is possible.
