Ventilator dimming control

I am looking to install a ventilator in my kitchen, and I want to automate this with HA.
I would prefer to have a dimming/ speed control.

Specs of the fan:
220 V
0.095 A
22 W

The manufacturer has a speed control know which works with a Thyristor speed controller. max 1.8A

Could I use:

  • shelly dimmer 2 (or will it just burn?)
  • Sonoff ifan2

any other?
