Very high CPU & RAM usage

My System’s Core CPU shows usage shows of 0.5%, but Frigate’s System shows CPU of 97-99%. I am using Coral. Is Frigate CPU usage is from Coral?

Why is it so high? How can I find out what sources are using the CPU?

Even when I turn off Frigate, the CPU usage is very high! Please view the following:

Please let me know, how to find out what resources are using the CPU and RAM.

I started disabling one app at a time, to find out which app is causing the very high CPU usage.

I just found out when I turn off “Studio Code Server”, the CPU usage drops dratiscally. Please view the following screen capture:

Why is this happening? I thought “Studio Code Server” is just an editor. Why is it using so much resources?
