I also have a Vitoconnect (opto 2) communication module. I did read the discussion at the community board. It seems we are in the same boat.

It’s frustrating why nobody get an official answer why it’s then possible to see the data in the ViCare app. In the next few days I will look at my options for how to get the data locally out from the heat pump…

Looking good, congrats to the new heatpump! What heatpump model do you have? I have a Viessmann Vitocal 200-S AWB and a Vitoconnect Opto1 and I can see the same values as in your screenshot, but sadly none of the energy values.

Are you using a Vitoconnect?

Where in the Vicare iOS app is setting for integration?

You have to set up the integration from your device (phone) where you have the ViCare app installed. Otherwise, your device does not know how to handle the vicare:// redirect URL, and you will receive an Invalid credentials notification and the setup procedure will fail.
