Is it possible to make a virtual alarm panel for away and home status? I use a boolean variable to arm the alarm. Automations trigger depending on this state.
The only reason I want that is because it is shown as a separate panel in HomeKit instead of a switch.

Since I already have all the functionality, I would only need a panel that changes my variable from off to on. Would this be possible without the custom component?
I know I can add actions to the component, but since I am not using any of the functions it seems more reasonable to not use any third party software.
