Visual editor for Horizontal Stack is gone. "Failed to fetch dynamically imported module"

After updates when I try to create or edit a Horizontal Stack, I can only use YAML code to do so. There is an error on the bottom of the card:

Where can I report this, and how do I fix it (if I can)?

Clear the browser cache completely for all your HA URLs.

If that does not help and it is a custom card, then redownload it.

Hitting F5 for three times in a row ultimately helps with this.

F5, wait, HA is better but not ok, rinse and repeat.
