I have just noticed that when I want to customize the Lovelace UI using the visual editor, when I click the button to add a new card, the browser becomes almost unresponsive for a while (like 5-10 seconds) and it takes time until I can click any card type I want to add. It’s quite annoying and I remember there were no such problems before, unfortunatelly I haven’t made any edits for a while so I’m not sure when exactly did it break. It’s a client side issue as I see one CPU going to 100% until it is possible to click any card type to add, so I assume it’s some javascript blocking it in the background.
I am running HassOS 4.15 and Core 0.117.1
Is it just me or is it a general problem?
I’m not really sure that’s relevant, it behaves the same on my notebook with core i5 6200U, xiaomi pocophone f1 and desktop computer with some quad core amd cpu…
Well that’s even less relevant as it’s apparently client side issue with javascript, the browser is stuck for a while and even the cursor doesn’t change while the cpu is running at 100%.
I’m running it virtualised on a Xeon server, but the load of the VM is minimal.
