Visual studio core "cannot access the repository" core

Hi,
I begin with development,
I’m on windows 11
I follow this document

forked core
The first time visual studio code broke down installing docker so I installed docker and wsl2
installed git
Now, visual dtudio code display this message :

- Cannot access the repository 'https://github.com/ thierry-rhone/core'

What I can do ?

I found the reason.
As my fiber is down, I connected
in 4g. The solution was to use a vpn
