Vivint Zwave thermostats no longer updating

Hey,
I’ve got a bunch of vivint zwave thermostats (CT200’s are the reported model). They are no longer updating the UI with their current mode or current tempurature.
If I go into Zwave JS and refresh the specific item, the information is updated.
Any idea how to address this?

That’s a Zwave plus device, so you shouldn’t have to poll it. Are you running on battery or C-wire power?

Has this just started or have they ever worked for you?

They did work, but they stopped recently.
Some are getting power via C-wire, and some are battery. Interestingly, the ones that are getting power via C wire now report they are on battery power. I verified that the C wire is active on these devices.

Chase that down. I suspected they were on power but were now for some reason on battery -knocking out repeates

See if you can nail down what happened there.

I’ll see if I can figure it out. The ones with a C wire definitely have power at the C-wire.
Thanks!

Ok - this gets weirder. Some of my thermostats (both C-wired and battery powered) are resetting their target temperature overnight. The setpoint was at 50f but when I woke up they were set to 70f. I searched the log, and I don’t see anyplace where a setpoint was changed. Any suggestions on tracking down this gremlin?

Ok - I measured the C-wire output on the devices that have a C-wire and I’m getting full voltage.

I then removed the batteries and re-queried the power status. It correctly shows that the batteries are discharged, but it still shows the power source as battery even though it’s running on the C-wire power.

This leads me to believe that Zwave isn’t updating the battery/C-wire field correctly.
