The issue is following: some of the attached Vivotek cameras don’t generate a snapshot. After I restart HA, it starts working. However, after some time the problem comes back again.
It is not related to a specific camera, the issue has happened to all cameras.
How I tested: I called the same snapshot service on different camera entities. It works only on two out of four. After restarting Home assistant, it works on all cameras. The next day, the problem appears again.
What could be done to track down the issue?
