First post here. I am very new to HA but the installation and configuration has been pretty easy so far. I have a Vizio TV with smartcast and would like to know if HA has any components or if there is any way I could cast to it from HA.

It should be discovered when using the normal cast component, but it will only show when it is on and in use.
Be advised though that you will see errors in your log when you have the TV off and pychromecast tries to connect to it. See this issue for a discussion about it:

I just wish they had some kind of published API for the Vizio…
I know even if its just for detection when something its being cast to trigger lights and stuff or maybe pausing and playing. Its a great speaker too.
