I want to increase power, windows 10 with Vmware WorkS 15.5. Download image from HA web for VM. Install but very bad. I have to configure so that I can see Google Cast (it works), Xiaomi sensors appear but do not update status (door sensors, lux sensors).

I have tried everything.
I have disabled AIprotect from ASUS.
I have changed VMware Manager IP. Bridge mode always activated.
Installed in VirtualBox, with the same result. I identify Vmware.

Hi,

dont know if it helps but…

  • take your running rpi
  • make a full snapshot from the hassio control panell
  • take your vm
  • make a full snapshot from the hassio control panell
  • copy the rpi fullsnapshot file - path looks something like that (/usr/share/hassio/backup/)
  • copy that to your vm (same folder.)
  • restore that and hope for the best.
