Unfortunately I don’t own this device so cannot help much.
I would ask for a debug log to see if I can spot something.
what result do you get from the web browser with
http://192.168.1.1/api/config/details.jst?X_INTERNAL_FIELDS=X_VODAFONE_ServiceStatus_1
change the host ip too your own
