what other ESP32 + XU316-based boards are available at the moment for us to play with?

The ones I know about already:

• https://www.seeedstudio.com/ReSpeaker-Lite-Voice-Assistant-Kit-p-5929.html (also available without pre-soldered ESP32 module)

• Home Assistant Voice Preview Edition - Home Assistant (not available as just a PCB, though; needs to be dismantled for tinkering with)
