I’m not a dev i’m not very good, but i trying to understand how the hass.io is working and i want to know if is possible to control the hass.io with my voice only with my Rasp and a microphone ?

if you don’t want already made integrations, you’ll have to build one yourself.
So with that in mind, yes it’s possible. Is it feasible with the skills you have, only you can answer.
If you want to have a go, there is a platform that has been designed to work on a PI, but I’ve got no idea on how good it is.
