Voice Effect/Changer for TTS

I’m looking for a sound similar to AI talking in movies. It can also add effects to a previously recorded MP3 file. My aim is to give TTS messages with a more sci-fi effect. But what I am looking for is not a robotic sound effect.

searching for the same but couldn’t find anything about this. I think we have to modify the TTS integration to add any audio filter.
