I created a Blueprint for a Chromecast volume management automation. This automation constrains the volume of a Chromecast (or other media player) to a narrower range than 0.0 - 1.0 and redirects the low / high points to cause volume down / up on a cascaded Receiver. This allows you to control the physical volume of a Receiver from the software volume control of a Chromecast.
I originally posted the automation in the Share Your Projects forum, but now that it is a blueprint, I figured that I should link it here.

I’m now using this Blueprint on 2 separate AVRs and it seems to be working well.
