Voted Admin only access for Medias, Cameras

Currently, every user can access to Media where can see all cameras for example.
Would be better to allow only some user to access to this.

Example 1 : In family only parents can see cameras
Example 2 : In a company, only manager and security can see cameras

I am not sure if what you want is actually feasible as you are assuming that HA is the only end-point for a camera.
Example is my tplink cam for which I have 3 endpoints: direct entry, NAS (surveillance storage) and HA (dash/automation/etc.). Adding admin access in HA will only solve the HA part and for that you already have the option to reduce access to dashboards and their cards.
